Geeft volmacht aan Matthias Jacobus Cornelissen, wonende in Breda, om in zijn naam in de maand november of decem-ber van 1821 te zijnen huize door een notaris te laten ver-kopen, al zijn have en roerende goederen, paarden en koeien, en in 1822 te verpachten, zijn dan te velde staande oogst, de daarbij behorende gelden te ontvangen en uit deze opbrengst af te lossen en te voldoen met bijbehorende rente, het bedrag dat hij verschuldigd is aan Catharina Melis, weduwe van Johannes Cornelissen, en ook aan Matthias Jacobus Cornelissen voornoemd, beiden wonende in Breda, en het overblijvende bedrag aan hem ter hand te stellen. Gedaan ten kantore van Jan Leonardus Wiercx in Ginneken. Getuigen: Jan van Alffen, schoenmaker, wn Maryn Vlamings, landbouwer, beiden wonende in Ginneken.
