Wordt genoemd in de schuldbekentenis van Willemijna Willem Stevens, die verklaart, samen met haar man Balthazar van Dongen, meester timmerman, beiden wonende in de Leur, schuldig te zijn aan Manta Hendrik Verniers van der Loeff, wonende in Breda, een bedrag van 1200 gld. Onderpanden: 1) 1 stede met huis, schuur en verdere aanbouw, staan-de en gelegen op de Hansberg. 2) 1 perceel weide, gelegen in de Oostpolder bij Etten. 3) 1 perceel bouwland, gelegen in de Princestraat op Attelaken bij Etten. 4) 1 huis, schuur en erf, staande en gelegen aan de noordzijde van de lange Leur, Litt.B nr.200. Belendend oost Adriaan Snels, west J.F.Fielens, zuid de straat, noord hr.Tielens en Adriaan Snels. Genoemde goederen zijn hun volle eigendom. Zij zijn in het bezit van 1) gekomen uit de nalatenschap van Willem Stevens, 2) en 3) uit de nalatenschap van moeder wijlen Cornelia Brabers, in leven eerst weduwe van Willem Stevens, en daarna van wijlen F.Tak, die blijkens acte van deling in onderhandse vorm getekend in Etten op 1826-06-12 en geregistreerd om Roosendaal op 1826-07-14, en 4) uit publieke verkoop gehouden voor notaris Adrianus Wilhelmus de Klerck in de Leur op 1818-03-04. Genoemde goederen zijn geheel onbelast. Zij verklaren verder dat zij niet met voogdij- of curator-schap zijn belast. Voorts stellen zij zich garant met hun persoon en al hun overige bezittingen. Gedaan in Breda. Getuigen: Louis Henri Joseph Arrachart, wonende in Breda, en Petrus van Kruysstraaten, secretaris der ge-meente Teteringen en aldaar woonachtig.
