Partij 1 alle als erffg van wijlen Henricke Aert Peter Coomansdr, wittige huysfrou van Cornelis Jan Stevensz, van heurs vaders zijde, vervangende voort alle de ghene die van der selver Henricke vaders zijde in heure goeden gerecht mochten zijn. Verder nog: Gielis Peterszone van der Venne voir hem selven en oic namens zijn kindr als erffg van der voirs Henricke van heurs moeders zijde, en met hem Jan Gheryt Lijbensone als oic actie pretenderende tot een deel van de voirs Henricken achtergelaten goeden van heurs moeders zijde. De vercooperen geloofden de vercofte erfpacht te vrijen en te waren, die van vaders zijde voor d'een helft en die van moeders zijde voor d'ander helft. Voort is verschenen Jan Stevens, woonende ter Teteringen die bekende dat hij borg staat voor de helft van de erfpacht, zijnde die van vaders zijde. Data transfixa 1517/02/03.
