Genoemde goederen zijn in zijn bezit gekomen bij koop van de erfgenamen van wijlen Johanna Jacoba de Wolf volgens publieke verkoop, gehouden voor notaris Caspar Nicolaas Willem van Mens in Rijsbergen op 1832-03-14. Gedaan ten kantore van notaris P.C.Wiercx in Ginneken. Getuigen: Jan van der Steen en Pieter van Steenoven, beiden herbergiers en wonende in Ginneken.
