Francis Quirijnen, mr. broodmaker, woonachtig te Rotterdam gaat over tot publieke verkoop van een perceel wei- of hooiland gelegen in de Rietdijk in de polder van Asterd te Princenhage, groot ca. 4 1/2 gemeten. De verkoopcondities worden in de akte nader omschreven. Verkoping vindt plaats in de herberg van Jan Kievits te P'hage en vervolgens van Jan de Jongh te P'hage. Het perceel wordt gemijnd door Hendrik Carel Lodewyk van Schwarem, alhier en hij heeft gestreken 4 gulden. Getuigen zijn Hendrik van Raak, winkelier en Jan Willems, particulier, beiden wonend alhier. no. 109 Op 16 september 1816 wordt een verhoging afgeroepen maar er wordt niet gemijnd en wordt het perceel provisioneel aangehouden. Getuigen zijn Jan Willems en Gregorius Eckart, beiden alhier. no. 113 Op 23 september 1816 wordt ook niet gemijnd en wordt de finale koop opgehouden. Als procuratiehouder van de verkoper treedt hierbij op Adrianus Gerhardus van Schwarem, burgemeester van Princenhage. Getuigen zijn Hendrik van Raak en Gregorius Eckart, beiden wonende alhier.
