Gaat over tot opheffing hypothecaire inschrijving die ten behoeve was van Anna Isabella Clara Luyckx, weduwe van wijlen Jochems Millot, rentenierster, wonende in Breda, en die ten laste was van Wilhelmyna Leutener, weduwe van Lambertus van Daasdonk, winkelierster, wonende in Breda, voor zichzelf en ook als moeder en voogdes over haar 4 minderjarige kinderen, genaamd Antonia, Maria, Johanna en Wilhelmyna van Daasdonk. Genoemde hypothecaire inschrijving was in het bezit van nu overleden Adriana Oomen overgegaan bij akte van transport, gepasseerd voor notaris Jacobus van Naerssen in Btreda op 18250408. Gedaan ten kantore van notaris Jacobus van Ginneken. Getuigen: Wouter Vermeulen, rentenier, en Johannis Snelders, koster, beiden wonende in Teteringen.
