Hoogste bieder: Adriaan Peeters, landbouwer, wonende in Poppel, prov.Antwerpen; bedrag 1900 gld. Zijn borg is: Michiel Versteegen, landbouwer, wonende in Dorst bij Oosterhout. Gedaan ten huize van Cornelis Verdaasdonk in herberg De Roskam in Teteringen. Getuigen: Cornelis Verdaasdonk landbouwer, en Adriaan Vincenten landbouwer, beiden wonende in Teteringen. Akte 3: Het hoogste bod van 1900 gld wordt verhoogd met 700 gld. Er meldt zich geen koper. Vervolgens wordt het be-drag verlaagd tot 100 gld boven 1900 gld. Ook voor dit bedrag meldt zich geen koper. Derhalve vindt er geen finale verkoop plaats. Gedaan ten huize van Cornelis Verdaasdonk in herberg De Roskam in Teteringen. Getuigen: Cornelis Verdaasdonk landbouwer, en Jaco-bus Verhoeven dagloner, beiden wonende in Teteringen.
