Hendrik Maas arbeider aldaar, Jacoba Maas gehuwd met Jan van den Elten broodbakker te Rijsbergen, Jan Maas timmerman wonende te Antwerpen, Maria Maas gehuwd met Florus Rovers timmerman wonende te Terheijden, Christina Maas gehuwd met Jan van Etten, arbeider in Princenhage, Jan Baptist Maas, rietdekker wonende te Oudenbosch, Adriana Maas dienstmeid wonende te Breda, Maria Fryters weduwe van Christiaan Maas, herberghoudster wonende in Princenhage en moeder/voogdes van Elisabeth, Matthijs en Johanna Maas. Antonie Maas als toeziend voogd over genoemde kinderen. De verkoopcondities worden in de nota nader omschreven. De verkoop betreft een huis, schuur, hof, erf en zaailand, groot ca. 1/2 bunder staand en gelegen op Steenakker te Princenhage, en een perceel heide gelegen achter de molen te Rijsbergen, groot ca. 1/2 bunder. Voormeld perceel is ingezet door Frans Peeter Leyten alhier voor de som van 280 gulden, heeft gestreken 4 gulden. Getuigen zijn Antonius Johannes de Cottigny, medisch doctor en Adrianus Gerhardus van Schwarem, burgemeester, beiden wonend alhier. No. 97 Vervolgens heeft Willem Christiaan van Opstal op 31 augustus 1816 het bod met 40 gulden verhoogd, zodat het nu staat op 320 gulden. Hij heeft gestreken een derde. Getuigen zijn Jan Willems, particulier en Hendrik van Raak, winkelier beiden wonende alhier. Aan hem wordt de koop gegeven.
