Guillaume de Vries e.a. zuid de erven Antoine van Loon e.a. en noord de armen van Bavel. 4. een perceel grond, gelegen als voornoemd, genaamd 'Bouwensland', groot ca. 32 aren en 29 centiaren, oost de weg e.a., west het voorgenoemd perceel, zuid Leonard Diepstraten en noord Jean Diepstraten. 5. een perceel landbouwgrond, gelegen als voornoemd, genaamd 'den Breemakker', groot ca. 36 aren en 47 centiaren, oost de wed. F. Vinken en de weg, west de voornoemde percelen, zuid wed. F. Vinken en noord Adrien Schaliboom. 6. een perceel landbouwgrond, gelegen als voornoemd, genaamd 'het Nieuwland', groot ca. 38 aren en 73 centiaren, oost de wed. Jean Diepstraten, west Corneil Beenhakkers e.a., zuid de armen van Bavel en noord Josephus Leenaars. 7. de westelijke helft van een perceel heide aan de kant van Bavel. 8. een perceeltje veen, gelegen in Bavel, groot ca. 9 aren en 66 centiaren. Getuigen zijn Francois van der Weijden, kuiper en Henri van der Aa, timmerman, beiden in Ginneken woonachtig.
