Tevens 2 perceeltjes weiland gelegen ter wederzijde van de brug achter de hof, groot 5 bunder. Tevens een perceel land genaamd Lorrenhoek, naast de Hazendreef, groot 1 gemet en 65 roeden, gelegen als voornoemd, belendingen; zuid de straat, west Jan Aarts, noord de Bieloop en oost de erven van de weduwe van Waalwyck. Getuigen zijn Cornelis van der Burgt, mr. zadelmaker en Jan Lodders, mr. kleermaker, beiden woonachtig alhier.
