Op verzoek van de heer Adriaan Hendrik Clarion, rentmeester der domeinen te Breda, wordt een verkoping gehouden van verschillende kavels eiken talhout, boomschors en mutsaart. De verkoping vindt plaats in de herberg van Pieter Dielemans (de Bloemkool) te Princenhage. De kavels bevinden zich in het Liesbos te Princenhage. Voor de verkoping gelden voorwaarden die nader in de akte omschreven zijn. Er is sprake van 73 kavels. Kooppenningen bedragen 1536 gulden, toeslagen op grond van art. 1 van de voorwaarden 96 gulden, op grond van art. 3 76 gulden en 16 stuivers, in totaal 1708 gulden en 16 stuivers. Borgtocht bedraagt 1536 gulden. Getuigen zijn Adriaan van Genk en Gregorius Eckart, beiden woonachtig alhier.
