Betrokken bij inventarisatie door Johannis Augustinus Bernardus Kuyper van Waschpenning, landbouwer, wonende in Heusdenhout onder Ginneken, die optreedt voor zichzelf en ook als gevolmachtigde van Antonia Geertruida Kuyper van Waschpenning, getrouwd met Hermanus Pieter Ridderbos, sergeant majoor bij de 9e afdeling infanterie in garnizoen en wonende in Utrecht, en van Hermanus Pieter Ridderbos voornoemd, dit blijkens onderhandse procuratie, verleden in Teteringen op 18400606. Genoemde personen zijn de enige erfgenamen van wijlen Johannis Hendricus Clemens Kuyper van Waschpenning, die de erfenis hebben aanvaard op voorwaarde dat de boedel wordt beschreven; derhalve vindt inventarisatie plaats. Gedaan ten huize van Antonie Vlamings, herbergier, staande in de Hoolstraat onder Teteringen. Deze zal alle goederen tonen en opgeven. De taxatie van de roerende goederen wordt uitgevoerd door Louisa Aleida Cornelia Hermans, getrouwd met Pieter Schadée, beëdigd schatster van roerende goederen en wonende in Breda. Geschatte waarde roerende goederen + contant geld: 140,77 1/2 gld. Er hebben huwelijksvoorwaarden over winst en verlies bestaan tussen de nu overleden erflater voornoemd en zijn overleden echtgenote Wilhelmyna Theodora Coenradina Schuur, gepasseerd voor notaris Rudulphus Bekers in Vianen. Op de nalatenschap rust een schuld van 17,76 gld zijnde kostgeld ten behoeve van Antonie Vlamings, bij wie de nu overledene voornoemd in huis is geweest, + een bedrag van 31,85 gld voor begrafeniskosten. Getuigen: Pieter van Dorst, landbouwer, en Adrianus van Hoek, molenaar, beiden wonende in Teteringen.
