Juffrouw Carolina de Cottignies, echtgenote van Leendert Witkam, koopman, wonend te Breda, de heer Cornelis Lambertus de Cottignies, koopman, wonende te Breda, de heer Antonie Johannes de Cottignies, medicine doctor, wonende alhier, de laatste zowel voor zichzelf als gemachtigde voor de heer Franciscus Ludovicus de Cottignies, medicine doctor, wonende te Oosterhout, voor Juffrouw Theresia de Cottignies, echtgenote van Thomas van Haaren, koopman, wonende te Tilburg en voor Juffrouw Cornelia Catharina de Cottignies, weduwe van Johannes Christianus Bodenstaf, wonende te Eindhoven ingevolge procuratie d.d. 13 en 17 november 1829, verklaren te hebben verkocht aan Juffrouw Anna Maria van der Sanden, weduwe van Petrus van der Weyden, particuliere, woonachtig alhier, een huis, stal, hof en erf, genaamd "het Voske" , groot 8 roeden en 40 ellen, staand en gelegen alhier, in de Heilaarstraat. Voor nadere voorwaarden, de verkoop betreffende, wordt verwezen naar de akte. Het vastgoed is verkocht voor de som van f. 1700,-- en de verkopers verklaren dit bedrag van de koopster contant te hebben ontvangen. Dientengevolge transporteren zij het verkochte aan de koopster onder afstand van alle recht van eigendom. Getuigen zijn Hendrik van Raak en Pieter van der Veeken, winkeliers, beiden alhier woonachtig.
