De boedel omvat volgende posten: 1) 1 stede, bestaande uit huis, wagenhuis en erf, gelegnen aan de zuidzijde van Teteringen, kadaster sectie B nr.362 en 363, met schurur, bakhuis en tuin, + diverse percelen wei en zaailand. Waarde: 2500 gld. 2) 2 percelen weiland, genaamd de Lage Weide, gelegen aan de dijk in Heusdenhout, en 1 perceel heide, gelegen in de Hoender Tiend onder Ginneken . Waarde 900 gld. 3) 1 perceel zaailand, gelegen aan de zuidzijde van Teteringen. Waarde: 500 gld. 4) 1 perceel zaailand, gelegen als boven. Waarde 400 gld. 5) 1 perceel zaailand, gelegen als boven. Waarde 500 gld. 6) 1 perceel hooiland, gelegen in de Vugtpolder onder Teteringen. Waarde 600 gld. 7) Roerende goederen en contanten: Waarde: 1800 gld. Waarde totaal: 7200 gld, zodat aan ieder van de 4 betrokkenen een bedrag van 1800 gld toebedeeld wordt. Overeengekomen wordt dat Johanns, Petrus en Johanna van Boxel gezamenlijk ontvangen: 1 stede met diverse percelen land; waarde totaal 5400 gld. Cornelia van Boxel en haar man Adriaan Wagenmakers ontvangen de roerende goederen en contanten; waarde totaal 1800 gld. Gedaan ten kantore van notaris Jacobus van Ginneken. Getuigen: Wouter Vermeulen, landbouwer, en Johannis Snelders, koster, beiden wonende in Teteringen.
