Zij herroept alle voorgaande testamenten en andere aktes van uiterste wil en zij begeert thans dat haar gehele nalantenschap zal worden gebruikt voor het doen van pieuze werken zowel voor haar als voor haar zus Agnita Tems. Zij belast hiermee de executeur-testamentair, die tevens belast is met het verzorgen van een behoorlijke begrafenis volgens kerkelijk gebruik. Tot executeur-testamentair benoemt zij Cornelis Maggielssen, wonende op het Oosteynde van het dorp, die voor zijn werkzaamheden een vergoeding van f. 25,-- zal ontvangen. Getuigen zijn Peeter van der Veeken, winkelier, Jan Donkers, mr. broodbakker, Hendrik Schoormans, mr. wagenmaker en Cornelis Sprenkels, hovenier, allen alhier woonachtig.
