Tot zekering van prompte betaling dient; - een weide en stal alhier aan het Nieuwveer, groot 2 bunder 15 roeden, belendend; oost Nooren, west Schrauwen, zuid de wed. Nooren en noord de vaart. - een weide genaamd "Het Zandvelt", gelegen als voornoemd, groot 1 bunder 74 roeden, oost Bastiaansen, west Nooren, zuid Schrauwen en noord van Dorst. - een perceel land, gelegen als voornoemd, genaamd "Het smalle veldeke", groot 2 bunder 58 roeden, oost Adriaan Nooren, zuid Bastiaanssen en Naalden en noord Dirven. - een perceel heide, genaamd "Het raamschoor", gelegen in Vugtschoot, alhier, groot 43 roeden, oost en west van Oekel en zuid de heer Verbeij. Alle goederen worden slechts verbonden voor 1/5 deel en zijn betrokkene aangekomen uit de nalatenschap van zijn moeder Elisabeth Dirven, gewezen echtgenote van wijlen Wouter van Dorst. Getuigen zijn Lambertus van Ginhoven, mr. Kleermaker en Pieter van Hemeldonk, veldwachter, beiden alhier woonachtig.
