Opmaak van de inventaris van de overleden Adriana de Jong op verzoek van haar echtgenoot en thans weduwnaar Pieter Cornelis van Rijswijk, landbouwer wonende onder Gilze wijk K nr. 172. Hij is voogd van hun dochter Eva van Rijswijk, die 2,5 jaar oud is en geboren is te Gilze. Adriana de Jong is thuis overleden op 22 september 1812. In aanwezigheid van Pieter de Jongh, landbouwer wonende te Gilze, oom van moederskant en benoemd door de 'conseil de famille' tot toeziend voogd, vastgelegd op 24 maart 1813 voor de kantonrechter van Ginneken, Bonaventure Sebastien Joseph Havermans. De 'conseil de famille' bestaat hier uit Pierre de Jongh, landbouwer wonende te Gilze, Adriaan Hendrikx, dagloner wonende te Chaam en gehuwd met Antoinette de Jongh, Adriaan van Beuren, dagloner wonende te Gilze en gehuwd met Jeanne de Jongh, Gerard (Geert) Leemans, landbouwer wonende te Gilze en gehuwd met Petronella van Rijswijk, Laurent Franken, landbouwer wonende te Gilze en gehuwd met Antoinette van Rijzewijk en Christophe Corneille van Dongen, landbouwer wonende te Gilze en gehuwd met Jeanne Marie van Rijzewijk. De goederen worden op juiste waarde getaxeerd door Adriaan Hendriks, dagloner wonende te Chaam. De waarde van de bezittingen bedraagt in totaal 2536 francs. De schulden zijn in totaal 814 francs, bestaande uit een schuld aan Jan Schellekens, wonende onder Gilze, aan Catharina van Rijswijk, aan de dienstbodes, aan Adriaan van Son, smid en aan Hendrik van Loon, wagenmaker. In aanwezigheid van de getuigen Marin Mol, loco-burgemeester van Gilze en Rijen wonende te Gilze en Arnoldus Brokx, landbouwer wonende onder Gilze.
