Zij verklaren te hebben verkocht aan Pieter en Adriaan Schaliboom, bouwlieden te Gilze; - 4/7 deel in een perceel zaailand, genaamd 'den Hardsteen', gelegen te Heusdenhout, alhier, groot ca. 350 roeden, belendend; oost Jan Vermeulen, zuid en west de kinderen Rombout Klaassen en noord Antonie van Ginneken. - een perceel zaailand genaamd 'den Hoekakker', gelegen a.v., groot ca. 440 roeden, oost Willem Oomen, zuid en west 's Heerenstraat en noord het Bagijnhof van Breda. Deze percelen zijn comparanten aangekomen uit de nalatenschap van hun moeder Adriaantje Adriaan van Loon, wed. van Thomas Schaliboom. Voor nadere verkoopvoorwaarden wordt verwezen naar de akte. De goederen zijn verkocht voor f. 680,-- en de verkopers verklaren dit bedrag van de kopers ontvangen te hebben. Getuigen zijn Adrianus Eestermans, bakker en Martinus van Miert, herbergier, beiden alhier woonachtig.
