Belendend oost stad Breda, zuid de straat en ten dele de opgang van de stads-wallen, west de verkoper, noord Antonie Peelen. Koop 2) 1 stede, bestaande uit huis, stal en schuur, met zaailand, staande en gelegen in Chaam. Koop 3) 1 perceel mastbos, gelegen in Chaam. Belendend oost Jan van Bekhoven, zuid en west Marcellus Anne Bekkers, noord Adriaan Jacobus van Lil. Genoemde vaste goederen zijn in het bezit van de verkoper gekomen bij koop van zijn vader Wouter van de Laer en zijn overleden moeder Agatha Vermeulen, in welke nalatenschap hij mede-erfgenaam was. Biedingen op 1e zittingsdag: Koop 1) Cornelis Wilhelmus Bruinzeels, korenmolenaar in Breda. Bod: 1750 gld. Koop 2) Laurens Hartman, veldwachter in Ginneken. Bod: 1800 gld.
