Betrokken bij handeling van Govert van Eyl, dagloner, wonende in Ginneken, als volgt: verklaart, samen met Petrus van Eyl, landbouwer, wonen-de in Teteringen, Maria van Eyl, weduwe van Antonie van Ginneken, landbouwster, wonende in Teteringen, Johanna van Eyl, getrouwd met Arnoldus Jansen, land-bouwer, wonende in Ginneken, Petronella van Eyl, getrouwd met Marynis Jansen, dagloner, wonende in Teteringen, verkocht te hebben aan hun zuster Antonia van Eyl, meerderjarig en ongehuwd, landbouwster, wonende in Teteringen: 1) 5 6e delen van een stede, bestaande uit een huis, kamer, stal, schuur, karhuis, bakhuis, met tuin, erf en dries met een groot aantal fruitbomen, staande en gele-gen op de Molengracht bij Teteringen, wijk G nr.125. 2) 5 6e delen van 1 perceel zaailand, genaamd het Nieuwland, gelegen als boven. 3) 5 6e delen van 1 perceel weiland, gelegen op de scheiding van Ginneken en Teteringen onder Ginneken. In de tuin zijn enige bomen door de verkopers gereser-veerd die uiterlijk half april 1826 zullen zijn verwijderd. Genoemde goederen zijn in hun bezit gekomen uit de boedel en nalatenschap van hun vader wijlen Matheus van Eyl, in leven weduwnaar van Martina van de Goor-berg, die hebben gewoond en zijn overleden in Teterin-gen, die genoemde stede in bezit gekregen had bij veste gepasseerd voor de Commissarissen der Provisionele Municipaliteit in Breda op 1795-11-11, en het Hoog Wei-ken bij koop gehouden voor notaris J.J.van de Laar in Breda op 1791-10-29. Koopprijs: 2500 gld. Gedaan in Breda. Getuigen: Petrus van Kruysstraaten, secretaris der ge-meente Teteringen en aldaar woonachtig, en Adrianus Baddé, schoenmaker, wonende in Breda.
