Gedaan ten huize van Cornelis Verdaasdonk in de Roskam in Teteringen. Verpachting als volgt: klamp 1) genaamd het Akkerken, met gedeelte van de Meerberg, door Antonie Schoenmakers voor 215 gld. Klamp 2) andere gedeelte van de Meerberg, gelegen in de Blauwe Hoef, door Adriaan van Dijk voor 250 gld. Klamp 3) genaamd Teteringen westzijde, vanaf Graan-straat langs Hoolstraat tot aan nieuwe steenweg, door Adriaan van Beek voor 165 gld. Klamp 4) gedeelte Teteringen westzijde, vanaf nieuw huis van Jacobus van Dijk en vervolgens alle landerijen aldaar, door Pieter van Ginneken voor 60 gld. Klamp 5) gedeelte Teteringen oostzijde, vanaf het Kerk-straatje tot aan de straat na de Heijstraat, door Bastiaan van Baal voor 94 gld. Klamp 6) gedeelte Teteringen oostzijde vanaf het straatje tot voorbij hoeve Landzigt, door Cornelis Ansems voor 120 gld. Klamp 7) overige gedeelte Teteringen oostzijde, vanaf de straat tot op de heide, door Pieter van Ginneken voor 45 gld. Klamp 8) Teteringen zuidzijde, door Hendrik van Eyl voor 85 gld. Opbrengst totaal dus: 1034 gld. Getuigen: Cornelis Verdaasdonk landbouwer, en Adriaan Vincenten landbouwer, beiden wonende in Teteringen.
