Verklaart, kennis genomen te hebben van een akte van melding met kwitantie door Johannis Carolus Janssnes, bierbrouwer, wonende in Ginneken, in zijn hoedanigheid van voogd over genoemde Herman Frans Norbert Janssens, gepasseerd voor notaris Jacobus van Ginneken in Breda op 18350216. Verklaart, een bedrag van 1800 gld te hebben ontvangen, waarvoor aan de genoemde voogd een kwitantie is afgegeven. Gedaan in Breda. Getuigen: Petrus van Kruysstraaten, secretaris der gemeente Teteringen, en Johannis Snelders, koster, beiden wonende in Teteringen.
