Onderpanden: 1) 1 stede, bestaande uit huis, schuur en stal, met zaai-land, weide, bos en heide, staande en gelegen op de Synbeek onder Meerle. Belendend: oost Jacobus Corne-lissen, zuid de straat, west Peeter Sterkens, noord Jaco-bus Huybregts. 2) 1 perceel land, genaamd de Wiltbraak, gelegen als boven in de Elsakker. Belendend oost de straat, zuid Cornelis Jacobs, west Jan Smits, Cornelis Voornonde. 3) 1 perceel land, genaamd de Reyt, met daaraan ge-legen bos, onder Meerle. Belendend oost Jacobus Cor-nelissen, zuid de straat, west Peeter Sterkens, noord Jacobus Huybregts. 4) 1 perceel moerbeek en gagelvelden, gelegen als boven. Belendend oost Cornelis Jacobs, zuid Jacobus Huybregts, west hr.Raats, noord de Waterloop. 5) 1 perceel uitgemoerde beekweide, gelegen op groot Eijssel onder Meerle. Belendend oost Jacobus Knevels, zuid zijne Hoogheid de Prins van Salm, west de Water-loop, noord de weduwe van Hendrik Boeren. 6) 1 perceel land, genaamd de Baanakker, gelegen onder Chaam. Belendend oost Jan Schram, zuid en west eigen erf, noord erfgenamen van Christiaan van Hooy-donk. Genoemde goederen zijn in het bezit van Cornelia Huij-bregts gekomen uit de boedel en nalatenschap van haar ouders wijlen Johannes Huijbregts en Cornelia Kooijen, die samen hebben gewoond en zijn overleden in Ginne-ken, dit blijkens erfdeling gepasseerd voor notaris Petrus Martinus Bekkers in Strijbeek onder Ginneken, op 1827-02-26. Zij verklaren dat de goederen vrij van lasten zijn en dat zij zelf niet met voogdij of curatorschap belast zijn. Stellen zich voorts garant met hun persoon en al hun overige bezittingen. Gedaan in Breda ten huize van Jacobus Kerstens. Getuigen: Petrus van Kruysstraaten, secretaris der ge-meente Teteringen en aldaar woonachtig, en Martinus Bally, arbeider, wonende in Breda.
