Onderpanden: 1) 1 stede, huis, schuur, stal, tuin, werf en land, staande en gelegen in Dorst onder Oosterhout in de Groenstraat. 2) 1 perceel weiland of dries, gelegen aan de overkant van de straat aldaar. 3) 1 perceeltje zaailand, gelegen als boven, genaamd Ver-meulens Akkertje. 4) 1 perceeltje zaailand, gelegen als boven, genaamd de Berkensteerd, belendend oost en west wed.Cornelis van Dorst, noord Adriaan van Genk, en 5) 1 perceeltje zaailand, gelegen als boven, belendend oost en zuid kinderen Willem van Gils, west Pieter Michielse, en noord Pieter Boomaars, met nog de helft van een stuk heide, gelegen in Molenschot in de Goren onder Gilze, Genoemde goederen zijn in het bezit van Pieter van Loon gekomen bij koopcontract, gepasseerd voor notaris Adriaan Brouwersin Oosterhout op 1820-06-15. Gedaan ten huize van de kinderen van Kruisstraaten in Breda. Getuigen: Petrus van Kruysstraaten, secretaris der gemeen-te Teteringen en aldaar woonachtig, en Karel Mathias Fleischacker, gepensioneerd officier, wonende in Breda.
