Handelt voor zichzelf uit hoofde van de gemeenschap van goederen tussen hem en zijn nu overleden vrouw Henrica Petronella Maria Wiercx, en ook als vader en voogd over zijn uit hun huwelijk geboren nog minderjarige zoon Franciscus Wilhelmus Henricus van Opstall, oud 12 jaar. Ook aanwezig: Wilhelmus Johannes Engelbertus Wiercx, goudsmid, wonende in Tilburg, als toeziend voogd over ge-noemde minderjarige zoon. Er vindt inventarisatie en beschrijving plaats van alle meube-len, gereedschappen van de huishouding, kleding, linnen, zilverwerk, contant geld, waardepapieren, te vorderen en te betalen schulden, kortom alle goederen die tot de gemeen-schap behoren. Genoemde goederen bevinden zich in zijn huis in het Ulvenhoutse bos onder Ginneken, letter B nr.34, in welk huis Henrica Petronella Maria Wiercx voornoemd op 1835-12-21 overleden is. Geschatte waarde van de boedel: 3831,66 1/2 gld. Bedrag verschuldigd aan derden totaal: 1631,82 gld. In dit verband worden genoemd: de zoon Franciscus Wil-helmus Hendricus van Opstall, Schalk van der Meer, wonen-de in Breda, pastor S.le Bon, nu wonende in Roosendaal, de molenaars Schrickx of Diels, wonende in Ginneken, dokter Snabilie, chirurgijn Nuijens, wonende in Ginneken, apotheker Alebes. Getuigen: Johannes Heyblom en Adriaan Janssen, beiden arbeiders en wonende onder Ginneken.
