Betrokkene is de zoon van comparante en tevens mede-comparant. Pietronella Maas, weduwe van Mattys Aarssen, wonende op de Beek, verklaart dat zij ingevolge contract gepasseerd voor Schepenen van de Hage tussen haar en haar kinderen aangegaan, zij o.a. eigenaar is geworden van alle haaf en meubilaire goederen die tot de gemeenschappelijke boedel behoorden van haar en wijlen haar echtgenoot. Zij is voornemens de door haar daarna opgerichte winkel en enige meubilaire goederen te transporteren en in volle eigendom te cederen aan haar zoon Marynus Mattys Aarssen, alhier woonachtig. Tevens staat zij in eigendom af aan genoemde zoon alle winkelgoederen en ander nader in de akte genoemd winkelmeubilair en dit alles voor de som van 921 gulden. Genoemde zoon zal de betaling verrichten door alle openstaande rekeningen wegens inkoop van winkelwaren en gedane reparaties aan het huis tot de som van 870 gulden voor zijn rekening te nemen. De resterende som van 51 gulden zal hij na 1 maand na dagtekening dezes aan haar uitbetalen. Getuigen zijn Jan Boot, mr. timmerman en Adriaan Sprenkels, herbergier, beiden alhier woonachtig.
