Op verzoek van Antony Tacx, arbeider, wonende op het Moleneynd te De Beek, alhier, wordt overgegaan tot het formeren van een getrouwe staat en inventaris nagelaten door Jacoba Jordaans, overleden alhier op 11 januari 1820, nalatende 4 minderjarige kinderen, met name Cornelis, Adriana, Johannes en Maria Tacx van wie de vader de voogd is. Toeziend voogd is Cornelis Jordaans, bouwman en herbergier, hiertoe benoemd door de familieraad voor de Vrederechter d.d. 30 april 1822. De gehele boedel (inc. vruchten te velde en contanten in kas) wordt getaxeerd op f. 418,26. Schulden der boedel bedragen f. 55,10, zodat het bonem van de boedel f. 363,16 beloopt. Getuigen zijn Hendrik van Raak, winkelier en Jan Lodders, mr. kleermaker, beiden alhier woonachtig.
