Onderpanden: 1) 1 perceel weiland, genaamd de Kleine blikken, gele-gen onder Sprundel. 2) 1 perceel zaailand, vroeger heide, genaamd het haver-veldeke, gelegen op Lugtenberg in Gagelrijse onder Sprundel. 3) 1 perceel bos, gelegen onder Etten, genaamd de Rodonk. Genoemde 3 percelen heeft zij in bezit gekregen van haar moeder Clara Crens, weduewe van Cornelis Jong-mans, wonende in Sprundel. 4) 1 huis, schuur en tuin, staande en gelegen in Sprun-del. Belendend oost Maryn van Hilvarenbeek, zuid 'sHeerenstraat, west weduwe W.Timmermans, noord Jan van Oorschot. Dit huis is in hun bezit gekomen van zijn ouders. Verklaren dat genoemde goederen hun volle eigendom zijn en dat deze geheel onbelast zijn. Ook verklaren zij dat zij niet met voogdij of curatorschap belast zijn. Voorts stellen zij zich garant met hun persoon en al hun overige bezittingen. Gedaan in Breda. Getuigen: Schalk van der Meer, commissionair, en Louis Henri Joseph Arrachart, beiden wonende in Breda.
