De verkoping betreft een huisje, hof en erf, groot ca. 107 roeden, 65 ellen, staand en gelegen Op Buursteden Heyken alhier. Een en ander wordt ingezet door Cornelis Jacobus Bastiaanssen, herbergier alhier woonachtig, op f. 680,-- en hij strijkt f. 8,--. Getuigen zijn Hendrik Dekkers, herbergier en Gregorius Eckart, veldwachter, beiden woonachtig alhier. no. 6; Op 28 januari 1823 vindt de finale koop en palmslag plaats in bovengenoemde herberg. Inzet wordt verhoogd door Johannes Porkus met f. 100,-- en hij strijkt 1/3. De finale koop en palmslag wordt aan hem gegeven. Getuigen als bovenvermeld.
