Een en ander wordt ingezet door Cornelis Jacobus Bastiaanssen, herbergier alhier woonachtig, op f. 680,-- en hij strijkt f. 8,--. Getuigen zijn Hendrik Dekkers, herbergier en Gregorius Eckart, veldwachter, beiden woonachtig alhier. no. 6; Op 28 januari 1823 vindt de finale koop en palmslag plaats in bovengenoemde herberg. Inzet wordt verhoogd door Johannes Porkus met f. 100,-- en hij strijkt 1/3. De finale koop en palmslag wordt aan hem gegeven. Getuigen als bovenvermeld.
