Met vorwairde dat de 10 vertel rogs en de 6 kargld de voirs Pauwels Jan Meus te waerborge sullen bliven, waervoir de voirs Pauwels te bijpande geset heeft de helft van een stuck beemden, int geheel 1 bdr, geheijten de Cleijn Ret, tot Chaem Ghinderdoer gelegen, west Gheryt van Bedaf en oost aen Jan Adriaenssen van de Wolder, met beijde eijnden comende aen Severijn Jan Meuszone, dair af de wederhelft Jan Jan Meus toebehoirt, naest de helft van 3 vertel rogs, met vorwairde dat als voirs Pauwels 25 kargld van de pacht gelost sal hebben, dat dan de helft van 't stuck beemden vrij sal zijn van bijpantscap, volgend de brief in date 1535/05/22 ( R763, fol 109r/109v ) Partij 1.1 en zijn suster mogen de 2 vertel rogs altijt weder aen hen selven nemen met 20 kargld.
