De goederen zijn verbonden geweest voor betrokkene. Bernardus Adrianus Kerstens, mr. brouwer en koopman wonend in Breda, heeft procuratie van Adrianus van Beugen, wonend te Oosterhout en getekend op 11 januari 1819 te Oosterhout. Hij verklaart ophef te geven en uit het verband te ontslaan - een perceel hei, land en dries, gelegen aan de Heykant alhier, groot 1½ bunder, belendend; oost Adriaan Boot, west Maryn Lambregts, zuid Cornelis Poppelaars en noord de straat. - idem een perceel zaailand, gelegen in de Beeksestraat alhier, groot 2 gemeten, belendend; oost de Beeksestraat, zuid de kinderen Adriaan van Rooy, west Pieter Leyten en noord weduwe Pieter Frijters. Deze goederen zijn o.m. verbonden geweest door Cornelis Frijters en zijn echtgenote Antonia van Loenhout ten behoeve van genoemde Adrianus van Beugen ingevolge obligatie gepasseerd voor notaris van Schwarem d.d. 29 oktober 1817. De onderhavige akte dient om de hiervoor vermelde goederen uit het verband te ontslaan en te royeren op het Bureau der Hypotheken te Breda. Getuigen zijn Hendrik van Raak, winkelier en Jan Mieseron, mr. timmerman, beiden alhier woonachtig.
