Als getuige betrokken bij testament van Wilhelmina van Hooij-donk, weduwe van Josephus van Dijk, wonende in Notsel onder Ginneken, die verklaart, haar testament te handhaven, dat op 1822-09-14 voor notaris P.C.Wiercx in Ginneken is gepasseerd, maar bepaalt dat de door haar na te laten roerende en onroerende goederen niet mogen worden verkocht maar dat deze tegen de door haar te bepalen waarde worden verkregen door haar in bovengenoemd testament vermelde erfgenamen. Beschikt dat de percelen hooiland, gelegen onder de gemeente Princenhage, Buitendijks Slangenwijk, bij wijze van deling worden verkregen door haar broer Willem van Hooijdonk, landbouwer, wonende in Notsel, alsmede haar broer en zuster Adrianus en Maria van Hooijdonk, landbou-wers, ook wonende in Notsel, mits daarvoor een bedrag van 1500 gld in de boedel ingebracht wordt. Voorts moet ook bij wijze van deling een perceel bouwland, gelegen in Kouwe-laar, verkregen worden door de gezamenlijke kinderen van haar aangetrouwde zuster Cornelia van Dijk, in leven ge-trouwd met Adam Robs, mits hiervoor een bedrag van 1000 gld in de boedel ingebracht wordt. Ook dienen de roerende goederen verkregen te worden door haar broers en zuster Adrianus, Willem en Maria van Hooijdonk, allen wonende in Notsel, mits hiervoor een bedrag van 186 gld in de boedel ingebracht wordt. Gedaan ten huize van Wilhelmina van Hooijdonk voornoemd. Getuigen: Cornelis Wagemakers, landbouwer, en Walterus Geerden, arbeider, beiden wonernde in Notsel.
