Zie akte 38 voor de voorlopige verkoop op de eerste zitdag (25 juni 1814). Definitieve verkoop, tweede zitdag, van eene steede gelegen in Westrik onder de Hage, belend oost de gebuurstraat, zuid Marijnis Lambregts, west Maria van den Muisenberg en noord Peter Nuijten, behorende aan Pieternel Jan Meeuwesen, landbouwster wonende te Galder, ten huize en herberge van Antonij Antonissen te Ginneken, voor een bedrag van 350 guldens aan Pieter de Laat, landbouwer wonende in de Hage (Prinsenhage). Tot half maart 1815 wordt dit verhuurd aan Jacobus van Ham voor 28 guldens per jaar. De goederen zijn de verkoper aangekomen op 1 mei 1790 bij publieke verkoop te de Hage en uit erfenis van haar broer wijlen Peter Jan Meeuwesen, die het bij koop heeft verkregen van Johanna Jan Meeuwesen, huisvrouw van Adriaan Aartzen, blijkens transport. In aanwezigheid van de getuigen Hermanus Schauikes, ontvanger en Antonij Antonissen, herbergier, beiden wonende te Ginneken.
