Zij bespreekt een vierde deel van haar gehele nalatenschap aan haar huidige echtgenoot. Tot haar overige erfgenamen stelt zij haar gezamenlijke kinderen uit haar vorige huwelijk. Tot voogd over de minderjarige kinderen uit haar eerste huwelijk benoemt zij Bernardus Willem Rommens, wonende te Etten. Getuigen zijn Peeter Jan Leijten, bouwman, Cornelis Brielemans, bouwman, Jan Brielemans, bouwman en Stoffel de Jong, arbeider, allen alhier woonachtig.
