Betrokken bij schuldbekentenis van Ary Huiser, landbouwer, wonende in Zevenbergen, die verklaart, samen met zijn vrouw Adriana Johanna van Mourik, schuldig te zijn aan Baronesse Douariere van Tengnagel, geboren Baronesse de Dopff, wonende in Den Haag, een bedrag van 8000 gld. Onderpanden: 11 bunders zaai- en weiland, gelegen in de Oost en West Meerense Polder onder Zevenbergen. Deze goederen in zijn bezit gekomen uit de boedel en na-latenschap van zijn overleden ouders Cornelis Huiser en Goverardina Helena de Voogd, dit blijkens akte, gepasseerd voor notaris Michiel Smolders in Zevenbergen op 1821-06-27. Gedaan ten kantore van notaris J.L.Wiercx in Ginneken. Getuigen; Jan van Alffen, schoenmaker, en Jan van der Steen, herbergier, beiden wonende in Ginneken.
