Adriaan Jacobus Bastiaansen, bouwman, Cornelis Jacobus Bastiaansen, herbergier en Dingena Jacobus Bastiaansen, echtgenote van Frans Frans van den Muijsenberg, mr. smid, allen alhier woonachtig, zijn meerderjarige kinderen van wijlen Jacobus Bastiaansen, in leven bouwman en van Cornelia Baks, gewoond hebbende en overleden op de Heuvel alhier en tevens zijn zij hun enige erfgenamen. Zij willen overgaan tot scheiding en deling van roerende en onroerende goederen die hun door de ouders zijn nagelaten. Zij hebben daartoe zelf een begroting opgesteld. Tot de nalatenschap behoren; a. een stee, bestaande uit een huis, schuur, stal, hof en erf, boomgaard, zaailand en dries, groot ca. 3½ bunder, gelegen op de Heuvel, bij Scharenberg alhier, belendend; oost en zuid de kinderen Snels, west de armen van Princenhage en noord de heer Langlois. b. een perceel zaailand gelegen als voornoemd, groot ca. ½ bunder, belendend; oost en west de echtgenote van Jan Nooyers, zuid Jan Korsten en noord Cornelis van Donk. c. een perceel zaai- en weiland, groot ruim 5 gemeten, gelegen aan het Horsje (?) alhier, belendend; oost Antonia Nottet, zuid de straat, west Jan Korsten en noord de Gebuurstraat. d. een perceel weiland, groot 1 bunder, gelegen op Boeimeer alhier, belendend; oost de heer Molenberg, west de Baan, zuid de Rijweg en noord de Baan. Deze goederen zijn gezamenlijk getaxeerd op f. 3.000,--. e. een perceel weiland, groot 4½ gemeten, gelegen in de polder van Zwartenberg te Etten, belendend; oost de Kreek, zuid de watersloot, west Annekele Lips en noord het Koningsweegsken. f. een perceel zaailand, gelegen op de Heuvel alhier, groot ca. ½ bunder, belendend; oost van Dorst, zuid de vrouw van Jan Nooyers e.a., west idem en noord eigen erf. Deze percelen zijn gewaardeerd op f. 1800,-- Kontante penningen, obligaties en de boedel bedragen gezamenlijk f. 4200,-- zodat de totale waarde van de te verdelen goederen f. 9000,-- bedraagt en de comparanten hebben ieder dus recht op een som van f. 3000,--. De onder a.b.c. en d. vermelde goederen worden toebedeeld aan Adriaan Jacobus Bastiaansen. Aan Cornelis Jacobus Bastiaansen wordt uit de obligaties en contanten de som van f. 3000,-- toegekend. Aan Dingena Jacobus Bastiaansen wordt toegekend de goederen vermeld onder e. en f. en uit de cobntanten en obligaties nog een bedrag van f. 1200,--. Getuigen zijn Hendrik van Raak, winkelier en Adriaan Boons, mr. koperslager, beiden alhier woonachtig.
