Minderjarig kind van wijlen Johannes Gerardus Bosmans. Betrokken bij inventarisatie door Petrus Johannes de Nef, koopman, wonende in Turnhout, die optreedt als voogd over Anna Secilia, 15 jr, Anna Maria, 14 jr, Maria Josephina, 13 jr, Lodevicus Johannes, 11 jr, en Johannes Gerardus Bos-mans, 10 jr, zijnde minderjarige kinderen van wijlen Johannes Gerardus Bosmans, in leven arts, en zijn al eerder overleden vrouw Johanna Maria Geentjens, die beiden in Ginneken hebben gewoond en aldaar zijn overleden. Genoemde kinde-ren zijn de wettige erfgenamen van hun overleden ouders voornoemd. Aanwezig is Charles Louis Steijlen, theologant in het semina-rie in Mechelen, als toeziend voogd over genoemde kinderen. Genoemde personen gaan over tot inventarisatie en be-schrijving van alle meubilair, huishoudelijk gereedschap, kleding, linnen, zilverwerk, contant geld, waardepapieren, kortom alles wat tot de roerende goederen uit de nalaten-schap van overleden Johannes Gerardus Bosmans behoort. Deze goederen bevinden zich in het huis in Ginneken letter B nr.203, waarin Johannes Gerardus Bosmans voornoemd op 1824-05-04 is overleden. De goederen zijn getoond door Maria Josepha Steijlen, schoonzuster van Johannes Gerardus Bosmans voornoemd. De taxatie werd uitgevoerd door Johanna Grasseljé, getrouwd met Hendrik Hutte, wonende in Breda. Getaxeerde waarde van de roerende goederen, waarde-papieren, contant geld en het huis met stal, schuur, schot, tuin, wijhoek en erbij gelegen landerijen, staande en gelegen in Lille op de Vevelenberg, letter C nr.135-138-139-140: 20511,40 gld. Voorts bevat de boedel nog 14 percelen land, in hun bezit gekomen bij deling van de nalatenschap van wijlen Johannes Franciscus Geenkens en Anna Maria van Woogten, gepas-seerd voor notaris Wuyts in Lille op 1823--09-16, eigendom van de minderjarige kinderen van Johannes Gerardus Bos-mans voornoemd. Voorts 1 perceel mastbos, genaamd Cappellenbosch, gelegen in Poederlé, en een huis, stalling, tuin en erf, staande en gelegen in Ginneken in het dorp, letter B nr.203. Totaalbedrag aan lasten: 811,06 gld. Getuigen: Petrus Nicolaas Janssens, kolonel der burgerij in Breda, en Antonie van Gool, tuinman, wonende in Ginneken.
