Ten huize van betrokkene is Adriana de Wilde overleden. Christianus Adrianus Aalbes, wonende te Breda, is de gestelde erfgenaam in de nalatenschap van wijlen Christiaan Boers en Adriana de Wilde, beiden overleden te Princenhage (laatstelijk Mw. de Wilde en wel op 1 maart 1818). Comparant verzoekt om een staat en inventaris der nalatenschap en hiervoor begeven notaris en getuigen zich naar de woning van Govert en Maria Santvoort in de Kerkstraat alhier, in wier woning genoemde Mw. de Wilde is overleden. Aan hen wordt gevraagd aanwijzingen te verstrekken inzake roerende goederen, gelden en effecten die tot de nalatenschap van de overledenen behoren. Zij stellen dat deze goederen zich niet in hun huis bevonden en dat zij zich eveneens niet bewust zijn van het feit dat Mw. de Wilde enige meubels en kleren bij donatie intervivis aan hen heeft nagelaten d.d. 1 maart 1818 via notaris Mirandolle te Breda. Voorts verklaart comparant dat ingevolge arrest van het Hoge Gerechtshof te 's Gravenhage d.d. 26 maart 1817, aan de boedel is gecedeerd een huis, hof en erf, groot ca. 1 bunder, staand en gelegen op Buurstedeheyke op Zuijlen, alhier. Idem een perceel zaailand, groot ca. 1 gemet, genaamd "de Wendel", gelegen als voornoemd en nog een perceel hooiland, groot ca. 1 bunder, gelegen in de polder van Craijnest te P'hage. Tevens is hem uit onderzoek gebleken dat t.b.v. overledenen bij het Kantoor van bewaringen der hypotheken te Breda een inschrijving is genomen ten laste van Arij van der Gijp, bouwman in Willemstad voor een kapitale som van 1600 gulden (krachtens obligatie gepasseerd voor schepenen van Fijnaart d.d. 24 augustus 1808). Het is comparant onbekend of deze inschuld nog tot de boedel behoort. Hiervan zijn in de boedel geen bewijzen gevonden. Tevens zou Mw. de Wilde hem gezegd hebben dat er nog sprake was van 2 openstaande vorderingen van resp. 500 en 300 gulden. Ook hier zijn geen bewijzen van gevonden. Ook zou aan de overledene nog een lijfrente verschuldigd zijn. Getuigen zijn Gregorius Hoeijmans, mr. broodmaker en Andries Bohm (?), mr. kleermaker, beiden alhier woonachtig.
