Koop 2) 1 perceel zaailand, gelegen in Rijsbergen, onder het dorp, genaamd de agterste Waterman. Dit perceel is in zijn bezit gekomen bij koop van Adriana Maria Schricks, blijkens koopakte, gepasseerd voor notaris Laurentius Beens in Rijs-bergen op 1815-12-14. 1e zittingsdag: akte 100 (1823-07-16) Bieders: Koop 1) weduwe Joris Antonie Snepvangers, winkelierster, wonende in Zundert. Bod: 610 gld. Koop 2) Gerardus van den Eeden, koopman, wonende in Breda. Bod: 85 gld. Getuigen: Jan Baptist Praets, broodbakker, en Gerardus Praets, beiden wonende in Rijsbergen. 2e zittingsdag: akte 109 (1823-07-30) Verhogingen: Koop 1) door Peter Elst, arbeider, wonende in Rijsbergen, met 100 gld. Nieuw bod: 710 gld. Koop 2) door Hendrik Peters, bakker, wonende in Rijsbergen, met 45 gld. Nieuw bod: 130 gld. Koop 1) door Cornelis Gerardus Johannes Voeten, land-bouwer, wonende in Rijsbergen, met 300 gld. Nieuw bod: 1010 gld. Kopers: Koop 1) Cornelis Gerardus Johannes Voeten voornoemd. Koopprijs: 1010 gld.
