Adriana Mottard, weduwe van Abraham Dielemans, kastelein en alhier woonachtig en haar dochter Clara Dielemans, gehuwd met Frans Bendels, bij de 1e comparante inwonend, verklaren wegens geleend geld schuldig te zijn aan de heer Mr. Cornelis Wilhelmus van Gils, woonachtig alhier, een som van f. 500,--. Zij beloven dit bedrag terug te betalen op 26 maart 1824 met een jaarrente van 6%. Betaalt men op de vervaldag, dan kan volstaan worden met een rente van 5%. Houdt men de som langer onder zich dan overeengekomen (waarvoor toestemming van de crediteur is vereist), dan blijft de rente doorlopen tot de datum van volledige terugbetaling. Tot zekering van prompte terugbetaling dient een perceel zaailand, groot 86 roeden, 11 ellen, 16 palmen, gelegen op den Heuvel, alhier. Getuigen zijn Hendrik van Raak en Pieter van der Veeken, winkeliers, beiden alhier woonachtig.
