Onderpanden: 1) 1 huis, plein en erf met alle bijbehoren, voorheen ge-naamd de Koning van Frankrijk, daarna het wit laken en nu Sint Crispijn, staande en gelegen aan de zuidzijde van de Veemarkstraat in Breda, naast het huis van Bastiaan Janssens aan de oostzijde en het huis van Martinus Smits aan de westzijde, noordzijde de straat, wijk A nr.524. Dit huis is in zijn bezit gekomen bij koopcontract gepas-seerd voor notaris Jacob van Naerssen in Breda op 1827-05-11. 2) 1 huis en erf met gebruik van gang westwaarts daar-aan gelegen, staande en gelegen aan de noordzijde van de Sint Jansstraat, naast het huis genaamd de drie Prooskens van de heer Visser aan de oostzijde, het huis van Johannes de Meel of genoemde gang behorende bij het huis genaamd de drie Koningen, staande in de Vee-marktstraat in Breda aan de westzijde en noordzijd, en zuid de straat, wijk A nr.500. Dit huis is in zijn bezit gekomen bij koopcontract, gepas-seerd voor notaris Jacob van Naerssen in Breda op 1827-05-11. 3) 1 huis, schuur en erf, staande en gelegen aan de Groenendijk in Lage Zwaluwe, nr.230. Belendend oost de straat, zuid Bastiaan Pieterse Lucas, west de Domei-nen, en noord erf Krauwers. Dit huis is in zijn bezit gekomen bij publieke verkoop ge-houden voor notaris Jacobus Cornelis de Vos in Lage Zwaluwe op 1821-01-18. Verklaart dat het eerstgenoemde huis belast is met een bedrag van 1500 gld t.b.v. Johannes Porkus te Breda vanwege restant kooppenningen, en het volgende huis met een bedrag van 500 gld t.b.v. genoemde heer Porkus, dit blijkens genoemde koopcontracten, terwijl het huis in Lage Zwaluwe geheel vrij van lasten is. Stelt zich verder garant met zijn persoon en al zijn overige bezittingen. Gedaan in Breda ten huize van de kinderen Kruys-straaten. Getuigen: Adriaan Rops, landbouwer, en Petrus van Kruysstraaten, secretaris der gemeente Teteringen, beiden wonende in Teteringen.
