Adriaan Frans Wouters geniet levenslang het vruchtgebruik der nalatenschap van wijlen zijn echtgenote Cornelia Talboom, overleden 17 juli 1821, ingevolge testamentaire dispositie gepasseerd d.d. 28 juni 1821. Hierbij zijn tevens als erfgenamen geïnstitueerd; 1. Marijn Talboom, broer van de overledene 2. de gezamenlijke kinderen van Johannes Talboom, broer van de overledene 3. de gezamenlijke kinderen van Johanna Talboom, in leven echtgenote van Pieter Jordaans 4. de kinderen van wijlen Maria Talboom, in haar eerste huwelijk verwekt door Dingeman Neefs en in het tweede huwelijk door Adam van den Corput. Ter voldoening van de successierechten verbindt de comparant de volgende goederen; - de helft van een huis, hof en erf, groot ca. 8611 ellen, staand en gelegen op het Oosteinde alhier, belendend; oost Cornelis van der Linden, zuid het volgend perceel, west Maryn Janssen en noord de straat. - idem de helft van een perceel zaailand, groot ca. 8611 ellen, achter genoemd huis en erf gelegen, belendend; oost Nicolaas Grauwmans, zuid Antonie Peemen, west Cornelis Kerstens, en noord het vorige perceel - de helft van een perceel zaailand, groot 8611 ellen, gelegen bij het Tolhuis alhier, belendend; oost (niet vermeld), zuid de weduwe van Mierloo, west Pieter Peemen en noord de weduwe Stoops. De waarde dezer goederen bedraagt f. 1800,--. Getuigen zijn Jan Lodders, mr. kleermaker en Hendrik van Raak, winkelier, beiden alhier woonachtig.
