Inventarisatie van alle goederen die eigendom van Pitro-nella van Baal waren, wordt uitgevoerd ten behoeve van de minderjarige kinderen, die uit haar huwelijk met Chris-tiaan Verkaar geboren zijn. Van deze kinderen is Chris-tiaan Verkaar wettige vader en voogd. Namen van de kinderen: Catharina 14 jr, Adriana Maria 12 jr, Maria Christina 12 jr, Marynus Joannes 11 jr, Joanna Pitronella 8 jr, Pitronella Adriana Cornelia 6 jr, Elisabeth Jacoba 4 jr, Antonia Catharina 3 jr, Aanwezig als toeziend voogd van deze kinderen: Basti-aan van Baal, landbouwer, wonende in Teteringen. Inventarisatie wordt uitgevoerd door Anna van der Wouden, weduwe van Braamhorst, en Wilhelmina van Dorst, weduwe van Bernardus Dirks, beiden gezworen priseersters in Breda en aldaar woonachtig. Getaxeerd bedrag totaal: 16.770,55 gld. Getuigen: Nicolaas de Meel hoedenmaker, en Antonie Verstralen hoedenmaker, beiden wonende in Breda.
