Betrokkene is getuige. Willem Pieter van de Goorberg, particulier te Ginneken, wil dat binnen jaar en dag na zijn overlijden f. 150,-- worden gebruikt tot het doen van missen en andere pieuze werken. Hij legateert aan Helena Antonie Maas, zijn echtgenote, haar leven lang het vruchtgebruik van al zijn na te laten roerende en onroerende goederen. Hij stelt tot zijn enige erfgenamen zijn zus Antonetta van de Goorberg, echtgenote van Antonie Schoenmakers voor een derde, de kinderen van wijlen zijn zus Petronella van de Goorberg, in huwelijk verwekt door Antonie van Miert voor een derde, en de kinderen van wijlen zijn zus Martina van de Goorberg, in huwelijk verwekt door Mattheus van Eyl voor het overige derde. Hij benoemt tot zijn executeur Jacobus van Miert, zijn neef te Ginneken en voor zijn werk laat hij hem de som van f. 60,-- na. Hij herroept alle voorgaande testamenten. Getuigen zijn Adriaan Vloeymans, bouwman, Johannes Hendriks, timmerman, Laurentius van Alphen, herbergier en Christiaan Briellemans, bouwman, allen alhier woonachtig.
