Adriana Jan Meeuwessen, gehuwd met en geassisteerd en geauthoriseerd door Pieter Jan Leijten, wonend alhier, verklaart te hebben verkocht aan Adriaan Jan Boot en zijn echtgenote Catharina van Baal, wonende alhier - een perceel hooiland, groot 3½ gemeten, gelegen in de polder van Swartenberg te Etten. Het perceel is verkocht voor de som van 1000 gulden en de verkopers verklaren dit bedrag van de kopers te hebben ontvangen. Dientengevolge transporteert de verkoopster het verkochte aan de kopers en stelt hen in haar plaats onder renunciatie van alle recht van eigendom. Getuigen zijn Cornelis van der Burgt, mr. zadelmaker en Jan Willems, particulier, beiden alhier woonachtig.
