Antonetta Huysmans, weduwe van Jan Eskens, woonachtig te Breda, geeft ophef en ontslaat uit het verband; een perceel zaailand, met de houtwas daarom staand, groot ca. 1 bunder, gelegen buiten de Haagsche Poort, bezijden de Steenweg alhier, belendend oost de Glatie (?), zuid de oude Antwerpse Baan, west de kinderen van Antonie van den Muijsenberg en noord Mej. de wed. Adriaan Kerstens. Idem, 2 perceeltjes weiland, naast elkaar, groot ½ bunder, gelegen onder de Bijvang der stad Breda, buiten de Haagsche Poort bij de Vest aldaar, belendend west en noord van Sprang, oost en zuid Pieter van de Wijgert. De goederen zijn verbonden geweest door Adriaan Eskens, Adriana Maria van Ham, zijn echtgenote en Margo Eskens, echtgenote van Matthijs Adriaanssen, allen wonende te Breda, ten behoeve van comparante, ingevolge obligatie alhier gepasseerd op 6 februari 1818. Deze akte dient teneinde vermelde goederen uit het verband te ontslaan en tot royement op het Bureau der Hypotheken te Breda. Getuigen zijn Hendrik van Raak, winkelier en Jan Lodders, mr. kleermaker, beiden alhier woonachtig.
