Hij doet dit in opdracht en met machtiging van Adrianus Gerolt, leerlooier, wonende in Zevenbergen, Jacobus Verdussen, koperslager, wonende in Breda, getrouwd met Christina Gerolt, Johannes Gerolt, heel- en vroed-meester, wonende in Zevenbergen, Adriana Gerolt, ongehuwd, koopvrouw, wonende in Antwerpen, Ludo-vicus Gerolt, leerling in de heelkunst in het Burger hospi-taal in Antwerpen, wonende aldaar, Petrus Carolus Gerolt, lansier in garnizoen Zaltbommel, maar met domici-lie in Zevenbergen, en voorts Ambroius Notenboom, goud- en zilversmid, wonende in Zevenbergen, die samen met genoemde Joihannes Gerolt, voogd is over de minderjarige Christiaan Antonius en Gerardus Cornelis Gerolt, zijnde samen de enige nagelaten kleinkinderen en erfgenamen van wijlen Adrianus Crielaarts, in leven meester timmerman in Zevenbergen en aldaar overleden. Bovengenoemde radiatie wordt mede verricht door de weled.gestr.heer Mr.Stephanus Bernardus Jantzon van Nieuwland, oud-burgemeester van Breda, en wonende aldaar. In deze akte wordt ook genoemd de naam van notaris Clasinus van Diggelen in Zevenbergen, dit i.v.m. het passeren van een akte van cessie. Tevens wordt genoemd de naam van Cornelia Weeland, weduwe van Cornelis Huibertse Broeren, landbouweres, wonende in Zevenbergen, die als borg en principale schuldenares voor genoemde Willem Broeren optrad. Gedaan ten huize van Mr.Stephanus Bernardus Jantzon van Nieuwland in Breda.
