Alle genoemde personen zijn erfgenamen in de boedel en nalatenschap van wijlen Anna Koremans, weduwe van Jan Aartse, die gewoond heeft in Bavel. Getuigen: Donatus Leenaars, landbouwer, en Philippus Adriaansen, schoolonderwijzer, beiden wonende in Bavel. Genoemd wordt het bakhuis, toebehorende aan de weduwe van Arnoldus van Dun, waar Anna Koremans voornoemd op 1833-01-31 overleden is. Voor specificatie inventarisatie zie akte. I.v.m. binnenkort te houden verkoop vindt geen taxatie plaats.
