Als getuige betrokken bij schuldbekentenis van Maria Bekking, wonende in Made, die verklaart, samen met haar man Boudewijn van den Kieboom, schuldig te zijn aan Jacobus Kerstens, rentenier, wonende op de Ginnekenstraat wijk A nr.33 in Breda, een bedrag van 500 gld. Onderpand: 1 nieuw huis, gebouwd in 1821, met tuin en erf, staande en gelegen in Made. Dit pand is tegen brandschade verzekerd bij de Assuran-tie Compagnie Securitas in Antwerpen, blijkens schrifte-lijk bewijs afgegeven door M.J.Smolders, correspondent, wonende in Geertruidenberg op 1826-06-16. Genoemd pand is hun volle eigendom en vrij van lasten. Verklaren voorts dat zij met geen voogdij of curatorschap belast zijn. Stellen zich garant met hun persoon en al hun overige bezittingen. Gedaan in Breda ten huize van Jacobus Kerstens. Getuigen: Petrus van Kruysstraaten, secretaris der ge-meente Teteringen en aldaar woonachtig, en Martinus Bally, winkelier, wonende in Breda.
