Onderpanden: 1) 1 perceel zaailand, gelegen in Dongen bij de Heuvel. 2) 1 huis met tuin, staande en gelegen in Dongen in de Kerkstraat. 3) 1 perceel zaailand, weide en hak- en mastbos, gele-gen in Dongen in de heivelden. 4) 1 perceel zaailand, gelegen in Dongen in de Kerk-straat, belendend eigen grond en de oude baan, 5) 1 perceel hak- en mastbos, genaamd de oude Molen-berg, gelegen in Dongen in de Kerkstraat, belendend oost Jan Bierwagen, hr.Lutter en Jan Swans, west Wouter Dingeman v.Es, zuid de oude baan, noord A.P. van Son. 6) 1 perceel hakbos en heide, gelegen in Dongen over de Vaart in de Stoepsteeg, belendend oost de heide, west Adriaan Wijnant van Eersel erfgenamen, erf van Adam Meerten Goijaarts, noord Versteeg. 7) 2 percelen weiland, gelegen in Dongen in de Water-steeg, belendend oost Stans Pieter Adriaanse, west de weduwe van Pieter Sprangers, zuid Pieter Laurijsen en kinderen Weterings, noord de Watersteeeg. Genoemde zaken zijn zijn als geheel zijn eigendom en zijn op geen enkele wijze belast. Stemt ermee in dat genoemde percelen voor maximaal 3 jaar mogen worden verhuurd, tenzij vervolgens anders wordt overeengekomen. Gedaan ten kantore van notaris van Ginneken. Getuigen: Cornelis Verdaasdonk landbouwer, en Antonie van der Mast meester kleermaker, beiden wonende in Teteringen.
